We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. First cancellation will be excused with no fee. Second and subsequent cancellations will require 50% of the deposit to be paid before service is scheduled again.
If weather or unsafe conditions require rescheduling, it will be done free of charge. Your deposit will be honored for the rescheduled appointment.
We reserve the right to record video and take photos during detailing for documentation, training, and liability protection.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including scratches, dents, or fading that may become visible during or after cleaning.
We are not liable for damage to personal property left in or around the vehicle. If company property is damaged, legal action may be pursued.
We provide surface-level cleaning only. We do not fix, modify, or operate on vehicle components. We are not responsible for electrical or mechanical issues arising during or after engine bay cleaning.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if our team feels unsafe or threatened at any time.
Extra charges may apply for excessive soiling, pet hair, mold, or biohazards not accounted for in the initial booking.
Please remove all personal belongings from your vehicle prior to service. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced items.
